I’ve just had a major service and MOT on our F-Pace, and I have to say that I was most impressed with the attention, customer service and friendliness of Josh and his staff. They’ve done a first class job, promptly and in good time, and the communication is very good too! All in all the knowledge and expertise if this company gave me peace of mind in a job well done. I've had my 2007 Jaguar XKR in with Josh at EMS a couple of times in the last 2 years and spent a lot of money with them. They are very experienced and will do their best to solve your mechanical issue. The hourly rate is expensive but you get what you pay for.
I've used them for several repair jobs and quite a lot of long term maintenance. The other big plus is that they have courtesy cars which an alternative Jag specialist in the North East doesn't.
Recommended.
